Does every applicant receive a free website?
No. Selection depends on verification, suitability for the standard platform, complete information and available capacity.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You may begin on a Start E-Office subdomain or connect your own domain. Domain costs, where applicable, are separate.
Is professional email included?
No. You may display an existing Gmail address or purchase professional email separately.
What happens after the free year?
You may discontinue, renew on a reasonable annual rental, request upgrades or customise the platform under a separate quotation.
Are ecommerce and custom software included?
No. Payments, ecommerce, bookings, advanced integrations and specialised workflows are quoted separately.
